Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy is available for students who struggle with handwriting, keyboarding, visual memory, and other challenges.

The Challenge

Some students struggle with handwriting/keyboarding, visually remembering or discriminating shapes (completing puzzles, reversing numbers/letters), or copying information from the board in a classroom.  Some students exhibit weaknesses in core muscle strength, coordination, balance, and dexterity.  Other students are overly sensitive to different types of sensory input and stimulation.
