  • Full Charge Bookkeeper (part-time)

    Job Description
    The Greenwood School is currently looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to support the operations of the Business Office.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Full-cycle processing of Accounts Payable
    • Posting student account charges and generating monthly statements
    • Bank and investment account reconciliations
    • Credit card management
    • Backup for payroll processing (Paylocity) and benefits administration
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
    • A minimum of three years of accounting experience is required, preferably in a nonprofit or educational environment
    • Proficiency with Quickbooks desktop software required
    • Human Resource and Benefits Administration experience a plus
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite products
    • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    20-25 hours per week, with some schedule flexibility.
